If your order includes Link2Web, you'll fill out a "Contact Us" form and send it to our sales team. Since the Link2Web service requires setup, we'll give you a call to finalize the order and talk about implementation.
If you've purchased Orasphere Patient Education videos through our secure eCommerce server, we'll automatically send you an email.
In the email, we'll send you a serial number that you can type into the Welcome screen of the Orasphere software. That, of course, assumes you have already installed Orasphere ... for example, if you had the 14 Day Trial CD that you got from us at a trade show or in the mail.
What? You've haven't installed Orasphere yet? No worries. Click here to download the install program to your computer (it takes about a half hour on a regular broadband internet connection). When it downloads, run it to install and start Orasphere. Then, you can enter the serial number that we sent you in the email, and, voila!, your software is activated on that computer.
You can use that same software download (or CD if you have one) to install and activate Orasphere on the number of workstations your license allows.
